The Jasper Bulldogs Boy Basketball team faced off with the Carthage Bulldogs on Tuesday evening in Jasper. 

Jasper opened up a 14 to 2 lead at one point and the closest Carthage got was within 7 points early in the 1st period. But once Jasper got things going they led at half 44-23. 

Jasper would outscore Carthage 27-20 in the second half of the game to win big 71-43. 

This win give the Jasper boys team a .500 record at 4 - 4 on the season. The Bulldogs will be taking on another Bulldogs team in Pollock Central on Friday night Dec. 21st, 2012.
